This masonite cut print depicts Clause 4 of the South African Constitution in a collection compiled by Artists for Human Rights in 1966. The Bill of Rights lies open amidst a group of artists of various types. This and prints of other clauses of the Bill of Rights are part of the collection "Images of Human Rights: The Birth of the Bill of Rights" published by Artists for Human Rights.
