Article about the slight relaxation of banning orders against Phyllis Naidoo, which allowed her to take her children to the beach for a few hours. The article mentions that her 5 year old daughter had never seen her father, MD, as he was still serving his sentence on Robben Island. Phyllis was not allowed to attend her daughter's fifth birthday party as the event would have constituted a "gathering", prohibited by her banning orders.
