Hawa Timol
Testimony by Hawa Timol before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Human Rights Violations Committee in Johannesburg, April 30, 1996.

Hawa Timol testified about the death in detention of her 30-year-old son, Ahmed Timol, in October 1971. Police claimed that Timol fell from the tenth floor window of the John Vorster Square prison. (Testimony)
